Admission Appeal Form

Admission appeals may be submitted to the Office of Admission for consideration. Appeals are reviewed by the Admission Appeals Committee. Decisions of the Admission Appeals Committee are final and are not subject to further appeal.

Instructions and Guidelines:
- Students may submit an appeal for admission status, admission office suspension or readmission status.
- The student seeking the appeal must be the individual submitting the appeal.
- Appeals must be submitted by the appeal deadline date. Appeals received after the appeal deadline will not be sent to the committee for consideration. Deadlines are posted on the Office of Admissions website.
