Events are not confirmed until you have a reply confirmation email from the reservation office.

Recitals will be scheduled in the hall 30 minutes prior to recital time. Recitals should last no longer than an hour without approval from the School of Music Chair. However, lecture recital presenters must communicate with event management and prepare to be in the hall no later than 45 minutes prior to start of recital.

Rehearsal spaces and times are your responsibility. Arrangements should be made in the reservation office - Andrea Beltran.

Any piano need should be coordinated with Lonnie Young. Stands, chairs and other equipment are the responsibility of the performers.

Self-serve projector, screen and recording is available. The Bose system for audio amplification is available for use but may require you to provide appropriate adapters. No microphone is available in Marsh Auditorium.

Do not advertise your event until you have received confirmation from the reservation office, as well as any related-approval from area faculty if a recital-hearing is required prior to the event.
