INTERMEZZO RESERVATION REQUEST

This space is for very small performances of lighter fare. Remember, it is an active gathering space as opposed to a focused recital hall.

Please be certain you have met with a professor they have checked AdAstra, their personal calendar and your accompanist's calendar for availability of your dates and times BEFORE using this form.

Events are not confirmed until you have a reply confirmation email from the reservation office.

Recitals will have access to the hall 30 minutes prior to recital time. Recitals should last no longer than an hour without approval from the Event Manager (MPAC 103).

Rehearsal spaces and times are your responsibility. Arrangements should be made in the Student Services office.

Any piano need should be coordinated with Lonnie Young. Stands, chairs and other equipment are the responsibility of the performers.

Projectors, screens, sound, etc. are not advised in the Gallery Stage at Intermezzo. Recording is available and may be coordinated with the Facilities Manager. There is no sound equipment (microphone, speakers or audio playback).
