Design & Space Review Request

Requests for additions, changes or vacated space for all Southern Miss campuses are reviewed by the Design & Space Review Committee in accordance with the University Master Plan and University policy.

INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Download the Design & Space Request form from the Provost website.
(2) Complete the fill-in form and save the document using the name of the office/unit.
(3) Obtain the necessary documentation and signatures.
(4) Scan a copy of the completed request.
(5) Upload the request to this MachForm to submit to the committee.

You will receive a confirmation that the request has been received. The committee will reply within 1-2 business days of a timetable of the committee's action.
