If you are requesting a room or hall change, then you are agreeing to change rooms/hall if needed. Please check the appropriate boxes below.

If you are requesting a roommate change it may be necessary to relocate you and/or your preferred roommate to accommodate the change. Both residents need to submit the change request form at this time.

The assignments team will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, this change is based on space availability and is NOT guaranteed.
